The official information makes it sound like the Camí de Cavalls is well sorted to do on foot, by bike or by horse. But, if you don't already live on Menorca a lot of the information you would like to know before taking on this path is difficult to find. This post aims to provide that information.
These are the jellyfish you are perhaps most likely to see around the shores of Minorca (based on many years observation whilst windsurfing, surfing and beach walking). There are a few other species that are less prevalent, though still common, which haven't (yet!) made it to this page.

Menorca disfrutó de una espectacular nevada en Febrero (11-02-2010, 12-02-2010) cuando el campo se volvió temporalmente blanco, con aspecto casi alpino en algunas zonas. Al contrario de anteriores ‘nevadas’ que he visto en la isla, esto era nieve de verdad – nieve suave en vez de mojado, y en algunos sitios altos duró varios días. Menorca had a spectacular snowfall back in February (11-02-2010, 12-02-2010) when the landscape temporarily took on a central European, and in the hilly bits Alpine, appearance. Unlike previous Menorca snowfalls I’ve witnessed this was real snow – fluffy rather than slushy, and on higher ground it stayed around for a number of days.
